At Juniper Print Shop, we want you to love your new art; however, because our prints are custom-made to order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on physical goods in exchange for store credit. Please note that digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully roll your prints back into their original protective tube or flat packaging to ensure they are not creased or damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects the returned artwork, we will issue a digital gift card to your email for the full value of the item minus shipping costs.
